At Microsoft Build Day 1, Microsoft introduced a new GitHub Copilot app designed to combine CLI speed with IDE capability and scale to many concurrent agent sessions, plus Rayfin, an agent-first SDK that connects agents to a backend-as-a-service. A Replit partnership lets developers build apps while data deploys into an enterprise-managed Fabric tenant. It matters because it signals Microsoft's push toward agent-native developer tooling and managed backends for production agents.
