Resolve support cases with multi-agent workflows | ODSP915

Microsoft Developer (Build) · Jun 03, 2026 · Engineering Insights

Red Hat demos deploying an Azure MCP server from a catalog into a multi-agent OpenShift app that diagnoses and resolves support cases with no glue code.

“In this case we will not be writing any glue code. We won't be building any custom integration. We will just deploy from the catalog the MCP server and we will consume that as a regular workload.”

At Microsoft Build, Red Hat showed a live demo deploying an Azure MCP server from the OpenShift AI secure MCP catalog and consuming it in a multi-agent system (built with ADK) that routes and resolves support cases across partner ecosystems. It matters as a concrete example of catalog-based MCP deployment removing custom integration work, but it's a vendor demo rather than a major industry announcement.
