NVIDIA announced Halos SAFE (Safety Assurance Framework for Evaluation), connecting real-world road testing, simulation via Omniverse NuRec, and fleet data into a single continuous safety loop. The framework supports NCAP testing worldwide and covers L2 driver assistance through L4 robotaxis, using NVIDIA Cosmos to generate thousands of synthetic scenario variations. The Mercedes-Benz CLA, powered by NVIDIA Hyperion and Halos, earned Euro NCAP's highest overall safety score in 2025, lending credibility to the approach.
