AWS demos 7-layer agentic AI trust chain to move telco POCs into production

“it is not a question of whether Agentic AI anymore, but it is more about how to bring the trust to the agents that are built”

AWS presented a Model as a Service (MoDaaS) reference architecture at DTW 2026 that uses Kubernetes-style operators to enforce a 7-layer trust chain — declare, admit, approve, authorize, enforce, attest, revoke — for agentic AI deployments in telecom autonomous networks. The solution combines Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, MCP tools, and partners Ericsson, Databricks, and MuleSoft to create governance contracts restricting which models and tools agents can access. The primary goal is reducing time-to-value by establishing a vetted governance layer at the POC stage that can be carried directly into production.
