Microsoft Foundry's browser automation tool has reached GA, enabling AI agents to use managed Playwright workspaces to navigate websites, complete forms, and run multi-step workflows without per-agent browser infrastructure. The service includes enterprise controls like isolated sessions, human takeover, Entra identity, and RBAC. This matters because it directly addresses a key enterprise automation gap — legacy portals and apps with no API — using production-grade agentic tooling.
