Building low-latency remote robotics with Gemini
Gemini enabled real-time remote robot arm teleoperation across 1700 miles via browser
“I worked with Gemini to create a 3D visualizer of the robot.”
Two developers used Gemini to build a low-latency remote teleoperation system for a physical robot arm, streaming joint coordinates from New York to Texas in real time. Gemini handled both the 3D visualizer and the motor control script generation from a calibration file. While technically clever, this is a demo project rather than a product launch or major research finding.
