General Robotics exposes a unified quadruped robot API and AI inferencing via an MCP server so Copilot agents can program robots in natural language.

At Microsoft Build, General Robotics demoed an MCP server that lets Copilot agents read robot docs and generate/execute control code for quadruped robots from natural language, including cloud vision-model calls. It shows the agent-to-robot integration pattern via MCP, but it's a niche demo rather than a major industry-shifting announcement.
