macOS Golden Gate adds native Live Activities API for Mac apps via Dynamic Island and menu bar.

This is a platform UI feature for developers using WidgetKit, SwiftUI, and App Intents. No meaningful AI signal — this is a standard macOS developer API announcement unrelated to AI or ML.
