Panasonic Avionics partnered with AWS and the Generative AI Innovation Center to build an agentic AI system using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and Glue that automates correlation of logs, metrics, and ticketing data across thousands of unique fleet configurations. The system targets reductions in Mean Time to Detect and Mean Time to Resolve for in-flight entertainment system issues that previously required hours of manual investigation. While a solid enterprise agentic AI deployment case study, it is vertical-specific with no novel AI research or industry-shifting announcement.
