GLM 5.3, a 753B-parameter mixture-of-experts model from Chinese AI lab Z.ai (Zhipu AI), is now accessible on Amazon Bedrock via fully managed APIs, targeting complex coding and long-horizon agentic workflows. The model claims a 50% coding improvement over its predecessor and a leading 84.5 score on the CyberGym security benchmark, positioning it as a notable open-weight alternative for defensive security use cases. Its Bedrock availability removes infrastructure overhead for enterprise customers, but access is gated to eligible accounts only.
