HEMA built an internal AI assistant (HAL) on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, using Model Context Protocol to surface fragmented internal knowledge inside tools engineers already use like Claude and Kiro. It's a practical enterprise case study of MCP adoption and Bedrock AgentCore in production, but represents a single-company implementation rather than a broad industry signal.
