AWS launched Live Data in Apps for Amazon Quick, enabling AI-generated applications to query governed QuickSight datasets in real time with per-viewer row- and column-level security enforced on every request. Previously, any metrics an AI-built app displayed were frozen at publish time as static snapshots. This closes a meaningful gap for enterprise teams wanting current, access-controlled business metrics without custom coding or SQL.
