AWS published a tutorial showing how to wire Denodo's semantic layer into an AgentCore-hosted agent so it can query federated data across Aurora, Redshift, and on-premises PostgreSQL without owning the joins or metric logic in the prompt. The Denodo MCP Server exposes governed views and row/column security policies are enforced at query time via the caller's identity. This is a practical engineering reference for teams building enterprise agentic apps that need live, governed data access, but it is a vendor integration guide rather than a novel capability announcement.
