Atos ran a three-day competitive AI League event with AWS to rapidly upskill 400 engineers on agentic AI, moving most participants from zero hands-on experience to building multi-agent systems with memory, guardrails, and fine-tuned models. The program used Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, and Kiro in a gamified leaderboard format rather than traditional classroom instruction. This reflects a growing enterprise pattern: replacing passive AI training with delivery-simulating hackathon formats to accelerate production readiness at scale.
