Microsoft has made its Browser Automation Tool in Azure AI Foundry generally available, giving AI agents a managed cloud browser powered by Playwright Workspaces to interact with websites that lack full API coverage. The tool supports both public internet and private VNet-connected applications, enabling enterprise workflows across legacy systems, internal portals, and vendor sites. Native MCP integration via Foundry Toolboxes makes it composable across agent frameworks.
