SageMaker Python SDK v3 now exposes AI inference recommendations directly in notebook workflows
Amazon SageMaker Python SDK v3.17.0 adds native support for generative AI inference recommendations, letting developers benchmark endpoints, generate cost-performance deployment recommendations, and deploy configurations without leaving their notebook. Previously this required SageMaker Studio or raw Boto3 API calls. This is an incremental developer-experience improvement for AWS ML infrastructure users, not a foundational AI capability shift.
